Giveaway Terms
& Conditions

First, you must be a subscriber to be able to win and have your subscriptions set to public. 

1. Our Giveaways are currently for the Continental United States only, if you are a winner, we will send the prize to you for FREE (some conditions apply).

2. Most giveaways consist of subscribing to our YouTube channel and commenting as directed on the giveaway video. To enter a giveaway you must me subscribe to The Difference is Doing It YouTube channel. You can enter only once and you can’t spam, multiple account equals blocked. Spamming comments and offensive abusive or obscene comments will result in disqualification.

3. Our Giveaways comply with YouTube Terms of Service ( https://www.youtube.com/static?gl=US&… ) and Community Guidelines (http://www.youtube.com/yt/policyandsa… ) and all entries which don’t comply will be disqualified.

4. Any entrant suspected of violating the Official Rules or if their entry violates the YouTube Terms of Use will be disqualified.

5. Our Giveaways contest are conducted with total transparency, and all prizes will be awarded, in some case prizes that are not claimed within 10 days from the winners announcement will be either recycled for future giveaways, or a new winner will be selected at random.

6. We are fully responsible for our rules and all aspects of the contest administration.

7. YouTube is not a sponsor of our Giveaways and entering you as a user you agree to release YouTube from any liability related to our Giveaways.

8. We will ONLY be using any data collected from the winners for the sole contest administration purposes (to send the prizes to the winners address) and don’t use any of this collected data for any marketing purposes at all, ever.

9. We use Random.org for our giveaways that selects winners at random (https://Random.org) and have no control if for some odd reason some names or numbers are not picked up, or if there’s double entries. We will upload a video announcing the winner and results will be publicly available on on our YouTube channel.

10. We are not responsible if your prize it gets lost, stolen, or damaged in transit plus we are not responsible if you need to pay for any tax or duty on the prize sent to you or if your prize is held at customs.

11. If you like any of our videos feel free to press the Like button, add it to your favorites and share it with your friend’s, there’s no obligation on your side.

12. By entering our giveaways, you are agreeing with these terms and conditions.
