About The Difference is Doing It
The Difference is Doing It was formed to raise people up. Sometimes others, sometimes ourselves. While chasing what lies on the other side of Doing It, we stumbled upon the realization that sharing the experience allows it to evolve into something much bigger than just straightening out our own crooked domes. A chance at maybe making a difference, or doing our part, or just something good for the sake of good that feels good. Whatever it was, it was enough to pull out the megaphone and start broadcasting the TDIDI Vibe. Even from this tiny little space in the corner that we occupy inside a niche of a niche, that vibe has started to permeate and empower others with an attitude of “I Can!” …and they’re damn right! The inspiration and encouragement that is reciprocated as a result is now the jet fuel that runs this machine, and what we’re all about!
The bonds of our TDIDI Huck Crew have strengthened as it has grown into a TDIDI Army all around us. It’s that last word there that’s doing it, “us”. We never could have imagined how big those two letters would get. It’s humbling, but you can’t help wonder how much bigger you can get it. For now, here below is what “us” is made up of.
The TDIDI Huck Crew
Yep, that group of clowns is us… A bit of a mix of sugar, salt, and sh… uhh, more sugar! That’s the strength of our Huck Crew though, we got all the bases covered. While life pulls all of us in 100 different directions throughout the week, when the weekend comes we all hear the same call leading us back out to woods to commune together again. With our bags over shoulder, and a usually a brew in hand, we recenter on the things that matter like nature, friends, and fellowship. There’s always room for one more in our group. If you catch us out there, give a shout and let’s all bang some chains together!
The TDIDI Army
Frankly, there’s no TDIDI without The TDIDI Army! It’s made up of a growing list of 1000’s of nut jobs out there who have decided to stand under this banner we’ve erected and say, “I’m a Doer!” They’re not just a band of crazy huckers and disc dyers, they are quite literally the fuel and inspiration that powers this machine. It’s not something I anticipated when starting out on this journey, but a real community of awesome guys and gals has formed around this vibe we’re putting out that has in essence become Who We Are. I guess what I’m trying to say is…this is the rest of our crew!

A few plastic circles, some rusty chains, and a long walk through the woods is about all it takes to keep this group happy. Disc Golf is the the glue that has had held our Fraternity of Huckers together while life pulls the other way! Sucking at Disc Golf
I’ve already confessed that no one has ever confused us with professionals out there at anything other than having a good time. Maybe that’s just a nice way around saying we kinda suck at Disc Golf…hasn’t slowed us down a step though! Big shots, not little scores is what we’re typically out there hunting, the good times are a given. If somehow you still haven’t gotten enough of this Huck Crew, there’s 9 minutes of us doing what we do best (and worst) out there waiting behind the play button to the right.
